Steel Gulet Series from Pax Navi  01/01/2011

Having received a number of enquiries for 19m to 24m steel gulets we approached the masters of steel construction.

We are now proud to announce that Pax Navi have produced new designs for both these classes of gulet for either private or charter use. Both sizes will be available in both ketch and a more performance oriented sloop version with optional interior layouts. The standard versions will be to CE certification with RINA and the optimum ABS certification available on request pre building. Pax Navi is currently the only Bodrum based ship yard with accreditation to build to ABS, arguably the highest standard in the world. 

In the wake of success with both 34m Blue Eyes and 39m Clear Eyes Pax Navi see these smaller gulets as an integral part of establishing themselves as a global brand name in steel yacht building with a strong belief in the lomg keel tradition.

Dina Street has degrees in Applied Mathematics (Industrial Engineering and Operations Research) and Near Eastern Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.  She brings her technical background and fluency in languages as well as many years in the service,charter and boat building industry in Bodrum to Bodrum Yacht Services.

We love motorcycles, local art, exotic cuisine, domestic animals, hard sailing, poetry, well-behaved children, fast cars, good reading and vintage Grange Hermitage ... but cannot afford the Grange.
